Are you a talented real estate lawyer with a passion for residential development? A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their nationally recognised Real Estate team, working on high-value, complex residential development matters.

This is a chance to work with a powerhouse team that advises top-tier residential developers across the UK. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of development projects from acquisition and planning through to site set-up, infrastructure agreements, and PRS sales.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising major PLC and SME residential developers
- Handling a broad range of residential development transactions
- Collaborating with specialist teams in planning, construction, tax, and litigation
- Working nationally across offices with a strong support network

- Qualified solicitor with experience in residential development
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for client-facing work
