I’m recruiting on behalf of a top-tier Real Estate team which has has a strong real estate team, working on broad range of high quality real estate work for FTSE Top 250 and household name clients. With a broad sector focus covering regeneration, residential and commercial development, energy and utilities, this is a great opportunity for someone to undertake a high quality work commercial property work without having to specialise too early in your career.
The Opportunity
The role will involve transactional investment work, including dealing with financings, and asset management of commercial assets in a variety of sectors, so prior experience in these areas will be required. There may also be some opportunity to get involved in development projects.

You:
- Solid experience in real estate lawyer with at least 4 -7 pqe (although our client will consider those with more or less experience)
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and support junior colleagues
