Fancy running your own caseload for a firm that’s actually won awards for the way it treats its clients and employees?

Our client is seeking Residential Property Solicitor (2–5 years’ PQE) to join a highly experienced, award-winning conveyancing team. This is a firm that’s grown steadily, invests properly in its junior lawyers, and genuinely means it when it says service comes first.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running your own caseload end to end, new enquiries through to post-completion, with a conveyancing assistant backing you up
  • Handling a real mix: sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy
  • Acting for everyone from first-time buyers to high-value and portfolio clients
  • Supporting and supervising junior team members as the team continues to grow
  • Delivering a CQS-standard service and building genuine relationships up and down the conveyancing chain

What they’re looking for:

  • 2–5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Filex or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Confident managing your own caseload independently
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong communication, written and verbal
  • A team player who’s happy representing the firm, not just clocking in
  • Solid working knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct, Accounts Rules and AML/CTF requirements
