Senior Associate – Corporate M&A

Are you ready to take the next step in your corporate law career?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate lawyer to join a leading UK firm renowned for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and award-winning career development programme.

The Role

You’ll be part of one of the largest Corporate M&A teams outside London, working on complex and high-profile transactions including:

  • Public and private mergers and acquisitions
  • Private equity and growth investments
  • Cross-border deals and equity capital markets work

Clients range from multinational corporates and financial institutions to high-growth businesses, partnerships, and private investors. Expect exposure to diverse sectors such as energy, technology, healthcare, private wealth, transport, and venture/start-up.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified lawyer (England & Wales)
  • Strong experience in Corporate M&A and/or Private Equity transactions
  • Ideally 4–8 years’ PQE, with the ability to run transactions day-to-day and interface confidently with clients
  • Excellent technical skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset
