A well-regarded law firm is looking to strengthen its Planning team in Edinburgh with the appointment of a Senior Solicitor. You’ll step into a team that thrives on variety and complexity, advising on major mixed-use and residential development, energy and infrastructure consents, town centre regeneration, and the planning dimensions of large-scale property transactions. The instructions come from a client roster that reflects the breadth of the practice: house builders and developers, public bodies, landowners and estates, and organisations operating in the energy and infrastructure space across Scotland and beyond.
