Joining a specialist Probate team within the wider Private Client department, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues on a broad range of complex estate administration matters, providing an excellent platform to further develop your technical expertise.

The Role 

You’ll advise on a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload, including:

• Administration of complex taxable estates.
• High-value and multi-asset estate administrations.
• Cross-border and international probate matters.
• Estate administrations involving charitable beneficiaries.
• Advising on complex probate issues, including unusual estate administrations and executor-related matters.
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider Private Client team to deliver an outstanding client service.

About You 

You’ll have gained some post-qualification experience in probate and estate administration and are seeking to develop your skills and knowledge within a high-performing private client practice. You might have gained STEP accreditation already or be interested in undertaking it, and this firm will support you towards achieving this.

You’ll have: 

• Experience managing probate and estate administration matters with supervision and may already be comfortable handling your own caseload of straightforward matters.
• Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail.
• A personable, empathetic approach with exceptional client relationship skills.
• A collaborative and open working style.
• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality private client advice.
