Employment Associate, Cheltenham (ref:998)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team in Cheltenham.

Working with a diverse client base that includes businesses, entrepreneurs and senior executives, you will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers exposure to strategic HR advisory work, Employment Tribunal litigation, complex exits, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, TUPE, employment aspects of corporate transactions and senior executive advisory work.

The successful candidate will have strong technical and drafting skills, experience of employment tribunal proceedings, and a commercial, pragmatic approach to client service. Experience advising on TUPE, employment documentation, disciplinary and grievance matters, and employment status issues is essential.

You will join an ambitious and collaborative team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice.
