A well-established and award-winning South West law firm is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer or Fee Earner to join its expanding Litigation team based in Exeter.

Whether you already have claimant personal injury experience or have developed your career in another area of litigation and are looking to specialise, this could be an excellent next step.

The Opportunity

You’ll join an established Personal Injury team working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of claimant matters, with the opportunity to build your own expertise while benefiting from close supervision and mentoring.

The work is varied and rewarding, with exposure to a wide range of personal injury claims. Experience in clinical negligence would be advantageous but is by no means essential.

The role also offers the chance to become involved in business development and marketing initiatives, helping to grow the department and develop new client relationships.

About You

Applications are welcomed from:

• Solicitors
• Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX)
• Experienced Personal Injury Paralegals
• Litigation Fee Earners looking to specialise in claimant personal injury

Ideally, you’ll have:

• At least 12 months’ experience in claimant personal injury, or
• Experience within another area of civil litigation with a genuine interest in moving into personal injury
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• An enthusiasm for business development and networking
