An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team that continues to expand across Devon and Somerset.

The Opportunity

You’ll join an established non-contentious Commercial Property team advising a diverse client base including businesses, developers, investors and landowners across the South West.

The team undertakes a broad range of transactional commercial property work and is keen to hear from lawyers with either broad commercial property experience or a particular sector specialism that would complement the existing team.

You’ll enjoy a varied caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues who value collaboration, knowledge sharing and exceptional client service.

About You

Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with 3 years’ PQE or above who are looking to continue developing their career within a respected regional practice.

You’ll ideally have:

• Solid experience in Commercial Property law.
• The ability to manage your own caseload with confidence.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
