Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer looking for the platform to build, lead and grow a successful practice in the South West?
A highly respected UK Top 50 law firm is seeking an Employment Partner to spearhead the growth of its Bristol employment offering. This is a strategic leadership opportunity with the support of an established national team of more than 40 specialist employment lawyers across multiple offices.
You will work with a broad range of employer clients, advising on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters, while developing and leading a Bristol-based team. The role offers significant autonomy, strong internal referral networks and the opportunity to shape the direction of the practice in the region.
I am interested in speaking with lawyers who:
- Have significant employment law experience
- Demonstrate strong commercial and client relationship skills
- Have a proven or emerging track record in business development
- Are motivated to build and lead a team
