An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and growing Commercial Property team within a leading UK law firm. The team are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (ideally c2-5 PQE) to work on a broad range of high-quality matters for an impressive and diverse client base.
You will advise on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, asset management, development projects and telecoms matters, delivering commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice. Alongside managing your own transactions, you will build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. For those joining at the more senior end of the range, there will also be opportunities to mentor and support the development of junior colleagues.
We are looking for a technically strong lawyer with excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
