An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly created Corporate Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join a leading Corporate team specialising in Private Equity, Public and Private M&A.
This role offers the chance to combine technical legal expertise with a significant focus on legal innovation and AI, helping to shape know-how, deliver training, develop precedents and drive the adoption of new technologies across the practice.
You’ll work with approachable, communicative partners in a genuinely collaborative and supportive culture where knowledge sharing and innovation are highly valued.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Corporate PSLs or Corporate fee earners looking to transition into a PSL role. Previous PSL experience is advantageous but not essential.
